Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1675) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 90(FIN)                                                                  
     "An Act relating to a salmon product development tax credit and a                              
     salmon utilization tax credit under the Alaska fisheries business                              
     tax; and providing for an effective date."

recommended that the members vote yes.
